The Northeast-10 Conference announced on Tuesday nine athletes, who have been awarded the Scholar-Athlete Sports Excellent award during the spring  season. Six of the athletes represented Massachusetts colleges or universities, and below are those winners:

* Matt Michel, Bentley (Golf)

* Elyssa Boris, UMass Lowell (Softball)

* Petar Golijanin, Merrimack (Men’s Tennis)

* Paige Frost, Stonehill (Women’s Tennis)

* Angus MacDonald, UMass Lowell (Men’s Outdoor Track & Field)

* Amy Varsell, Bentley (Women’s Outdoor Track & Field)
