Following Saturday’s 21-6 loss against Union College, WPI head coach Chris Robertson and running back Chris Turner talked about their team’s effort in the defeat.

Turner posted a career-high today with 154 yards on 20 carries and one touchdown. He also earned the Robert Pritchard Award as the Most Outstanding Back on Homecoming, too.

The loss drops the Engineers to 1-4 overall and 0-3 in the Liberty League. WPI will enjoy a week off next weekend and return to the gridiron in two weeks when they travel to take on Merchant Marine at 2:30pm on Saturday, October 20th.
