* New England Patriots fans can breathe much easier today, quarterback Tom Brady has a brand new contract and will remain in uniform through the 2014 season. Also, here is the latest update on his car crash from yesterday too.

* Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin also received a new contract too.

* Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly gives his Fighting Irish football team a reason to keep on fighting.

* The Feds have obtained Roger Clemens medical records.

* San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith has officially been named a captain, so now all he has to do is lead them to a division championship.

* Don’t sleep on the San Francisco Giants who continue to push toward the 2010 MLB playoffs.

* New Jersey Nets will play a game in Russia before their exhibition season begins in China next month. Will this help the Nets improve their fan base in America or Russia? We shall see.
