* Michigan State University head coach Mark Dantonio suffered a heart attack after his football team defeated the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday.

* Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub threw for 497 yards in his team’s second win of the 2010 season on Sunday against the Washington Redskins.

* San Francisco Giants regain their lead in the NL West as Jose Guillen and Barry Zito power pass the Milwaukee Brewers, 9-2 on Sunday.

* New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs decided to throw his helmet into the stands on Sunday, as his team lost to the Indianapolis Colts, 38-14.

* Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is playing too awesome. Yet, while the young shortstop is injury prone, Tulowitzki keeps on rolling.
