* Despite San Francisco’s fourth win of the season, running back Frank Gore has apparently been ruled out for the rest of the season, due to a hip injury.

* Are you ready to watch TCU compete in the Big East? Beginning in 2012, they will be the newest member, so get excited.

* Should we consider that more trouble is about to brew down in Miami between LeBron James and head coach Erik Spoelstra?

* Arizona Cardinals quarterback Derek Anderson apparently went haywire after the game at the press.

* Andre Johnson and Cortland Finnegan were each fined $25K by the NFL due to their brawl on Sunday in Houston.

* New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was named Sports Illustrated “Sportsman of the Year.”

* Could the Colorado Rockies be signing shortstop Troy Tulowitzki for a real long time?

* It may finally be time to hear what the final outcome will be in regards to Brett Favre‘s off the field antic. What will the verdict be exactly? We shall fine out sooner rather than later.
