* Dallas Cowboys running back Tashard Choice asked Michael Vick for an autograph after their Sunday night game.

* The New England Patriots have been on fire since beating the Pittsburgh Steelers in November, but according to quarterback Tom Brady, this team is not identical to the 2007 [18-1] squad.

* The New York Jets assistant coach, Sal Alosi, has apologized for tripping a Miami Dolphins player on Sunday.

* Ford Field will be the location for Monday’s New York Giants-Minnesota Vikings contest, but since this is the first time most Detroit fans will have the chance to watch a Monday Night Football game, they made sure to line up extra early to get their hands on what they want.

* Temple football head coach Al Golden will have a dream come true, coaching the University of Miami football team, starting now.

* So Denver Nuggets forward, Carmelo Anthony wants to be traded, but apparently, he just wants to go to the New York Knicks, not the Charlotte Bobcats.

* The Cliff Lee sweepstake continues and apparently, he may have a suitor by the end of this week. Could it be New York? Texas? Los Angles? Boston?
