Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to yet another Daily Noontime. Hard to believe our very first week of 2011 is close to over, but in the meantime, have an awesome and amazing day!


* The votes are in and it appears that both Roberto Alomar and Bert Blyleven are headed to Cooperstown, New York, to join the Baseball Hall of Fame.

* The Tennessee Titans have already made one significant change, letting go of quarterback Vince Young.

* The University of Michigan Athletic Director made his decision to say, “so long,” to his football coach, Rich Rodriguez.

* Could Stanford University football coach, Jim Harbaugh be the next coach to walk the sidelines for the San Francisco 49ers? Possibly could he be NFL bound? What will he do?

* The Boston Celtics escaped with an important win on Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs, 105-103.

* Could we compare Randy Moss from the NFL to Ron Artest of the NBA? It certainly seems possible.

* Former Boston Red Sox third basemen Adrian Beltre, has become the newest member of the Texas Rangers.
