Headlines:

* Could the NFL soon see Jim Mora return to the sidelines as a coach in 2011? Quite possibly!

* Former New England Patriots  running back and current member of the Denver Broncos, Laurence Maroney was arrested on “weapon charges.”

* Los Angles Clippers guard Blake Griffin continues to impress and had quite a game on Monday that has left lots of fans talking.

* Has an age factor started to catch up with the Los Angles Lakers? It certainly seems possible at the moment.

* Hue Jackson was promoted to become the Oakland Raiders newest head coach, so he will be the one walking the sidelines comes September.

* Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara had quite an epic performance on Monday, as his team won 7-0 and he earned his first hat-trick of his career.

* The Boston Celtics certainly seemed rather happy to see Kevin Garnett back in the line up Monday, as the Green and White defeated the Magic, 109-106.
