* Vince Young had his shot with the Tennessee Titans for the past four seasons, although now, he is jobless and still believes he is a legit quarterback that needs a home.

* Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ike Taylor has decided to let all the media and New York Jets know that he will “lay out” Santonio Holmes on Sunday during the AFC Championship game.

* Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will be headed to the hospital to undergo foot surgery, which according to multiple reports.

* It could be possible that the Dallas Mavericks could land Carmelo Anthony due to him not being apart of New Jersey’s plan to have him traded in their direction.

* Rafael Nadal continues to impress many at the Australian Open and is on course for another Grand Slam.

* The University of Texas as reached an agreement with ESPN for 20-years, $300 million for all access coverage.

* The Ohio State Buckeyes showed the nation that they are truly number one in Men’s college basketball, as they beat Iowa on Wednesday, 70-48.
