* Could the Minnesota Timberwolves consider the idea of shopping their young star, Kevin Love to a natural winning organization?

* The California governor Jerry Brown is refusing to help the San Francisco 49ers or Oakland Raiders with stadium issues.

* The assistant general manager for the Los Angles Dodgers, Kim Ng is leaving the organization and headed to the MLB Baseball Operations.

* While the New York Knicks continue to monitor Chauncey Billups, the team keeps on winning, which seems to make Carmelo Anthony happy.

* Oh the NFL and how wonderful it is, right? Not exactly, as these days, who exactly knows if there will be a season in September, as the meetings on Monday only lasted four hours.

* Some news came out of South Bend, Indiana, as Notre Dame has decided that hydraulic lifts to film football practices not be allowed.
