Well it is indeed hump day, the middle of the week and yes, it is officially time for the Daily Noontime, so here are your stories and news of the day!

* It seems that once again, the Miami Heat are continuing to have issues and now their forward, Chris Bosh is not happy.

* The Ohio State Buckeyes have officially announced that their football teams head coach, Jim Tressel has been officially suspended for the first two games of the 2011 season.

* The NFL Labor Agreement saga continues to roll on and with the deadline being Friday at 5:00pm eastern, some have to wonder what is actually going on with the league and its financial situation.

* Indeed, news broke about Tiki Barber returning to the NFL, but exactly where will he go and can the former “fumble machine” make a difference?

* MLB is set watch their latest video game get released and certainly they’d like to see who will be the first to pitch a perfect game.

* Things are not looking good in Arizona, as the Phoenix Coyotes continue to watch the window close on the selling of their team.
