* The Miami Heat simply were the better team on Monday, as they beat the Boston Celtics in overtime, 98-90.

* LeBron James was asked to apologize after using the word “retarded” during a post-game interview last Saturday after his team lost Game 3 to the Boston Celtics.

* Talk about an instant classic, as the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Memphis Grizzlies in triple overtime on Monday to even their series at 2-2.

* Carl Crawford was the hero for the Boston Red Sox on Monday, as his 11th inning RBI helped the home team beat Minnesota, 2-1.

* Missouri’s football team will have a new quarterback this September, as Blaine Gabbert‘s little brother decided to transfer.

* Randy Moss won’t be a member of the Tennessee Titans this season, which means that he could possibly rejoin the Patriots or sign up with the Jets or Rams according to sources.
