Headlines: 

* According to Cleveland Plain Dealer staff — they all believe that Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison should be punished for his actions.

* The New York Giants and Jets have been trading jabs at one another through words this past week, but according to head coach Tom Coughlin, “talk is cheap.”

* MLB.com has confirmed that the Chicago White Sox and pitcher John Danks have agreed to terms on a five-year extension.

* Claude Giroux returned to the Philadelphia Flyers line-up on Wednesday, and recorded four points against the Dallas Stars, which helped the men dressed in orange, black and white secure a much needed victory.

* The Los Angles Clippers picked up an impressive pre-season victory on Wednesday, as Blake Griffin led his squad to a 108-103 victory against the Los Angles Lakers.
