* The Boston Celtics are 2-0 since the All-Star break, as they defeated the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, 102-96. Boston is now an even 17-17, and will return to the hard wood on Friday when they host the New Jersey Nets. Also, the Celtics are now three-games behind Philadelphia in the Atlantic Division, and seventh in the Eastern Conference.
* Kevin Garnett, who tallied a game-high 25 points on Wednesday, told reporters that he’s “good” despite dealing with various off the court issues. He’s been a major factor for the Green and White these past few days, and for more — CLICK HERE for the ESPNBotson blog post.
* The Boston Bruins finished the month of February with five wins and eight losses. However, being a new month, the Black and Gold will try to set things right on Thursday when they host New Jersey for a 7:00pm face-off. The Devils are on a three-game skid and haven’t earned a victory since defeating Toronto in overtime on Feb. 21.
