The Merrimack Warriors scored the most amount of points any Northeast-10 Conference team has recorded this season, as they defeat Saint Anselm on Saturday in North Andover, 81-35.
During the game, quarterback Joe Clancy broke two conference records — passing yards (553) and total yards (561). He also matched the conference’s touchdown record with seven touchdown passes. All seven of his touchdowns occurred in the first three quarters.
Wide receiver Isaiah Voegeli matched a school record with four touchdown receptions and broke his own conference record with 269 receiving yards.
Merrimack finished the game with 801 yards of total offense, 248 yards on the ground, five sacks, two interceptions and 11 pass break-ups.
