As the college sports season slowly winds down, there still remains some news to share, so below are a few links from across the web.

* Tufts University’s women’s lacrosse team will have a new coach next season as the athletic department announced on Wednesday the hiring of Courtney Farrell, who was the Associate Head Coach at SUNY Cortland. For more on the new coach — HOP HERE

* Williams College’s men’s and women’s tennis teams capped their seasons with a national championship. The men’s team claimed their first NCAA Division III crown since 2002, while the women’s team earned their sixth straight title.

* Stonehill College’s Dana Borges (Taunton, MA) and St. Michael’s Chris Moskal (Springfield, MA) are two of three male student-athletes that were selected as finalists for this year’s Northeast-10 Conference Man of the Year Award.

* MassLive.com has a piece on Westfield State baseball coach Ray Arra, who is “calling it quits after 50 years of coaching baseball.”
