Mass. College Football: Links From Around The Web

As noted in an earlier post this morning, we’re slowly rounding the summer bend and beginning our training camp countdown. So, without further ado, below are some links to the latest news surrounding the local collegiate football teams.

* Williams College’s Aaron Kelton, who will be entering his fourth season with the Ephs, will be beginning a short coaching stint with the Miami Dolphins tomorrow as part of the NFL’s Bill Walsh Fellowship Program.

* Stonehill College announced yesterday that 39 freshmen will be invited to the Skyhawks preseason camp, which begins on Thursday, August 15.

* According to BC InterruptionSean White, a Boston College recruit, has committed to Auburn University.

* Ten members of the Holy Cross football team were named Preseason All-Patriot League by Phil Steele’s 2013 College Football Preview. Gary Acquah, a defensive lineman, secured a spot on the league’s First Team Defense.

* According to MaroonMusket.com, UMass’ football team picked up an impressive recruit in Frank Carter.
