The first official Saturday of the college football season is in the books.
However, while we continue to digest yesterday’s games, let’s revisit the Bryant University-Holy Cross contest, which was won by a last second field goal. The Bulldogs, who led the Crusaders by eight entering the second half, earned their first win against a Patriot League opponent since 2010 thanks to a 30-yard field goal by Marshfield’s Tom Alberti.
