Mass. College Football: Harvard’s Stanton Jr. Tabbed Ivy League Co-Offensive Player Of The Week

Harvard’s Paul Stanton Jr. was tabbed this week’s Ivy Co-Offensive Player of the Week following his four touchdown performance against Yale on Saturday.

The sophomore halfback, who tied the program’s record for touchdowns in ‘The Game,’ finished his team’s final contest with 118 yards on 27 carries and four catches for 40 yards.

According to this afternoon’s release, Stanton finished second in the Ancient Eight with 17 touchdowns (15 on the ground) and third in yards (936 yards). He rushed for 656 yards in conference play, along with 10 touchdowns.
