By no surprise, Delaware Valley secured the top spot in the NCAA Division III East Regional Rankings, as announced this afternoon via NCAA.com.

The Aggies enter the 10th week of play with an impressive 8-0 record – they are currently seventh in the latest D3Football.com poll.

DelVal visits Misericordia this weekend before capping its regular season with a 1 p.m. kickoff against Widener on Saturday, November 11th.

Brockport and Springfield, two teams that are also 8-0, checked-in second and third, respectively, while Wesley and Frostburg State rounded out the top five.

The Bobcats of Frostburg enter the week with a 7-1 ledger – they currently rank 14th on the latest D3Football.com poll, while Brockport is 10th, Wesley is 13th and Springfield is 22nd.

Springfield was idle this past weekend, but will look to continue its momentum this Saturday when they visit Maine Maritime for a 12 p.m. kickoff.

Husson, Union (N.Y.) and Western Connecticut secured the next three spots on the regional rankings, checking-in sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively, while Plymouth State and Curry slid into the ninth and 10th positions.
