Lydia Knapp was also named to the All-Tournament Team, while also being named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) after recording five points on four goals and one assist.
The Wildcats advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first-time in program history last May, but saw their historic 2017 campaign conclude against Babson College. Johnson & Wales concluded its season with a school record 16-5 mark and will certainly be a team to watch in New England this spring.
Johnson & Wales will commence its 2018 campaign on Saturday, February 24 with a trip to UMass Dartmouth – opening draw is scheduled for 12 p.m.
