D3 Lacrosse: Noontime Sports Women’s Lacrosse Top 10 (Monday, March 12th)
By NoontimeSports.com (@NoontimeSports)
It’s Monday, which means it is time for a brand new New England D3 Women’s Lacrosse Top 10 Poll, which finds Trinity College in the top spot followed by Middlebury College and Tufts University.
The Bantams, who were idle earlier this month, kicked-off their 2018 campaign with a pair of wins over Stevens and Williams College. This week, the Blue and Gold will face a tough test in Ithaca College before facing York College (Pa.) and Bates College.
Amherst College was the biggest mover on this week’s poll, jumping up six spots to the fourth position, thanks to a pair of wins over Bowdoin College and Keene State. The Mammoths will certainly be one of many teams to watch this week – the Purple and White head to Florida this week to compete against FDU-Florham and Stevens.
