By | @NoontimeSports & @Noontime_Hoops

Another week of New England D3 men’s basketball is in the books, which means it is time to unveil our latest Noontime Sports Top 10, which finds Williams College in the top spot followed the second-straight week followed by Nichols College and Hamilton College.

Nichols continues to be the team to watch this year as they scored an important early conference win last Saturday over Endicott College, which tumbled two spots to the sixth position. Senior Marcos Echevarria netted his 2,000th point late in the game on a made three-point attempt to bump his season total to 127 points through six contests.

This week, the Bison travel to Curry College on Tuesday before hosting Anna Maria on Saturday.

MIT moved into the fourth position with their fifth-straight win. The Engineers have not lost since falling to the Gulls of Endicott in their season-opener. MIT visits UMass Dartmouth and Salem State this week in two important regional match-ups.

Brandeis University made its initial appearance on the poll following Big 4 Championship win against Babson College on Sunday. The Judges have won four-straight and scored an exciting win against Salem State in the first day of the four-team, two-day tournament.

Finally, don’t overlook the Warriors of Eastern Connecticut State, which have won five-straight since dropping their season-opener. East Conn. faces two conference foes this week, including Western Connecticut State on Wednesday.
