By NoontimeSports.com | @NoontimeSports & @NoontimeLax

As we head into the final stretch of the regular season, the Middlebury College women’s lacrosse team remains our top team in this week’s New England D3 Women’s Top 10.

Since falling to Bates College (ranked sixth this week), the Panthers have won seven straight, including recent wins over Amherst College (ranked fourth this week) and York College (Pa.). Additionally, the Blue and White topped Salisbury University last week, as well.

Wesleyan University slid into the second position, while Tufts University rounded out the top three spots. Also moving up this week was Bowdoin College, which scored an impressive conference win over Trinity College (ranked eighth this week).

Finally, keep an eye on both Babson College (ranked tenth this week) and Endicott College (ranked ninth this week) over the next few weeks. Both teams seem to be gaining some serious momentum now that conference play has begun.

Our weekly lacrosse polls are powered by our friends from Zelos Athletics, who are ready to get you set for a brand new lacrosse season with their FusionSport technology.
